If you already have a wallet (e.g., Metamask), you can send us your address when you check out. You will then automatically receive your NFT certificate in your wallet after the 14-day cooling-off period.

Otherwise, we will email you a simplified version accessible via a secure link, which allows you to view the document online. We also keep and archive your order history. You will receive a tracking email from the carrier as soon as your order is shipped from Paris, after we have verified the quality and authenticity of your stone.

It depends on the country of delivery :

• For France and the European Union , no customs fees are expected.

• Outside the EU (only upon request), customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local legislation. The customer is then responsible for these upon receipt.

We ship each package with the necessary customs clearance documents to facilitate the process and limit possible delays.
